Why hire a professional photographer?
Hiring a professional guarantees high-quality images and total peace of mind, allowing you to fully enjoy your event. You benefit from technical expertise and a consistent artistic vision.
How do I book a session or an event?
You can request a date via the contact form. Once availability is confirmed (usually within 24 to 48 hours), a clear contract is sent to finalize the booking.
Do you work with a contract and what are your terms?
Yes — every service is covered by a contract that protects your event, delivery deadlines, usage rights, and payment terms.
What is the turnaround time for the photos?
Delivery times vary depending on the service (7 to 10 days for a portrait, 3 to 5 weeks for a wedding). You will receive your retouched images via a secure download link sent by email in the weeks following your session.
Are the photos retouched?
Yes — all delivered images are professionally retouched (color, exposure, cropping,…) for an optimal result. Please note that raw files (RAW) are never provided.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept several payment methods (bank transfer, cash) — full details and deposit requirements are specified in your contract.
Can I order prints or albums?
Yes, we offer premium printing options and custom-designed albums upon request.
Do you offer a site visit or a briefing before the event?
Yes — a consultation is always scheduled to prepare for the event or session, understand your expectations, and optimize the photo shoot.
